Terms of Service
Effective: February 22, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the use of the SoccerBoard, BasketballBoard, and BaseballBoard mobile applications (the “Service”) provided by Sports Board (the “Company”).
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service” means the sports tactics board creation, storage, sharing, and related services provided by the Company.
- “User” means any person using the Service under these Terms, including both members and non-members.
- “Member” means a user who has registered an account and can continuously use member features.
- “Content” means all information created by users through the Service, including tactics boards and lineups.
Article 3 (Publication and Amendment of Terms)
- The Company publishes these Terms within the Service or on its website.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and will provide notice at least 7 days before the effective date of the amendment.
- If a user does not agree to amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and terminate membership.
Article 4 (Registration)
- Registration is completed via social login using a Google or Apple account.
- Non-members may use basic features (board creation and image sharing), but some features such as cloud sync and team collaboration are only available to members.
- The Company may reject registration in cases including:
- Use of another person's information
- Failure to meet Company eligibility requirements
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
Article 5 (Service Provision and Changes)
- The Company provides services including:
- Sport-specific tactics board creation and editing
- Tactics board storage and cloud synchronization
- Image and link sharing
- Player and lineup management
- Team collaboration features
- Additional services designated by the Company
- The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service and will provide prior notice where reasonably possible.
Article 6 (Paid Services and Billing)
- Paid services (Pro and Team plans) are provided by subscription through in-app purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscription fees, billing cycles, and details are displayed in each app store listing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user.
- If a Free Trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription when the trial period ends.
Article 7 (Cancellation and Refunds)
- Cancellation and refund of subscriptions purchased through in-app purchase are governed by the refund policies of Apple and Google.
- Users may cancel subscriptions from their app store subscription settings page.
- After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
- If Service interruption is attributable to the Company, the Company will provide reasonable compensation where applicable.
Article 8 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following acts:
- Using another person's personal information
- Interfering with stable Service operation
- Distributing illegal materials or infringing third-party rights through the Service
- Abnormal use of the Service (including hacking or reverse engineering)
- Any act prohibited by applicable law or by these Terms
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
- All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and trademarks, belong to the Company.
- Copyright in user-created content (such as tactics boards) remains with the user.
- The Company may use user content for Service provision and improvement purposes (for example, de-identified analytics).
Article 10 (Restriction of Use)
- If a user violates obligations under Article 8, the Company may restrict Service use or suspend membership after notice.
- In urgent cases, the Company may impose restrictions without prior notice and will provide notice afterward.
Article 11 (Account Termination)
- Members may request account termination through in-app settings or by email at support@sportsboard.app.
- Upon termination, personal information and content are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- If subscribed to a paid plan, users must cancel the subscription before termination. If not canceled, automatic billing may continue according to app store policy.
Article 12 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not liable where Service cannot be provided due to force majeure, including natural disasters, war, or telecom service outages.
- The Company is not liable for Service issues caused by user fault.
- The Company is not liable for users' failure to obtain expected outcomes from use of the Service.
Article 13 (Personal Information Protection)
The Company protects personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Article 14 (Dispute Resolution)
- If disputes arise regarding use of the Service, the Company and user will seek resolution through good-faith consultation.
- If no agreement is reached, the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Supplementary Provision
- These Terms take effect on February 22, 2026.
