- Account information: Email address, display name, and profile photo URL when you sign in with Google or Apple.
- User content: Team names, player names, and jersey numbers you enter into the app.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: Device identifier, operating system version, and app version.
- Usage data: Board creation, editing, and sharing activity; session timestamps.
- Subscription status and purchase history (actual payment details are managed by Apple/Google).
- Crash logs and app performance data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the Service: Board creation, storage, sharing, cloud sync, and team collaboration.
- Account management: User identification, authentication, and fraud prevention.
- Billing: Subscription management, purchase verification, and refund processing.
- Improvement: Usage analytics, feature optimization, and bug fixes.
- Support: Responding to inquiries and delivering service notices.
3. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Usage data: Retained for 1 year from collection.
- Transaction records: Retained for 5 years as required by applicable e-commerce regulations.
- Crash logs: Retained for 90 days from collection.

When your data is no longer needed — for example, after account deletion or expiry of the retention period — we will promptly destroy it.
- Electronic records: Permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery.
- Physical records: Shredded or incinerated.
